 In March 1970, Leri Nicholas II discovered two types of puzzle cubes,  which can rotate in 

 2×2×2 format . With the help of magnet the device was kept in one  part. He had received a 

patent for this device just two years before the invention of the  Rubik’s cube . April 9,

 Frank Fox applied for a patent of  his Round 3 × 3 × 3 cube. On 16th January 1974, the UK

 provides patent for him .

Invention Of  Rubik’s Cube 

 In 1970 a professor Erano Rubik worked at interior design department of  Budapest  Academy

of Applied Arts crafts in Hungary . In the meantime,  he found a machine of three dimensional 

object . A few years later, in 1974, he invented  a puzzle named magic cube . And in 1975 he 

got  the Hungarian patent. In 1977 the object refers to products as well as took place on the toy 

store in Budapest. A deal was signed in 1979 with Ideal Toys to introduce this Magic Cube to 

the Western world . And then it becomes an interesting toy all over the world .
